Eating well is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle. But, could there be food you could eat to make you happier?

Some of you may be pleased that your favourite treat, may be good for you. Dark chocolate is one of the biggest mood boosters. So not much of a guilty pleasure, right?

One advantage is the pleasure that it provides when eating it. However, eating two to four small squares a day could provide more antioxidant power than other foods. So why not give it a try in the form of cocoa chips, or try dark chocolate pieces over 70% cacao as your snack?

Kale is one of the most nutritious foods you can consume. Many of us are already aware of this super health food, but did you know it could also elevate your mood? Just adding one cup of kale a day could make a difference to your overall health.

Kale is full of vitamins! From vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin K and magnesium, it is also a great source of fibre! Why not try adding it with your omelette or grilled chicken for optimum health benefits.
